We accept most credit/debit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks (payable to 'R & R Wellness Co'). We also accept Venmo and Zelle. Gift cards can be purchased online with a credit or debit card.

Massage Pricing

30 Minutes	$45	Time to treat one problem area. Good for treating common issues like neck or low back pain.
45 Minutes	$60	Time to treat one or two problem areas thoroughly. Can do a quick full body massage if no problem areas to focus on.
60 Minutes	$80	Typical session length for full-body massage (treating back, legs, feet, arms, hands, neck, scalp, and face). Time for one or two focus areas.
75 Minutes	$90	Great for people who like a full-body session, but need extra time on problem areas.
90 Minutes	$105	Highly recommended for people with several problem areas to allow time for adequate treatment. Also deeply relaxing for clients who need to escape daily stressors. Once you have a 90 minute session it's hard to go back to an hour!

Massage Add-Ons:

Cold Stone Therapy: $12

Cold stones can help to reduce inflammation, constrict blood flow, and reduce soreness. Great for treating headaches due to sinus pressure & reducing pain from injured or overworked muscles.

Reflexology (15 Minutes): $20

Complement your massage with a relaxing reflexology mini-session. Reflexology works with specific zones and points on the feet to support organs and systems of the body. Show your feet some love!

Hot Stone Therapy: $15

Enhance your session with soothing heat. Stones are warmed to the perfect temperature to help melt away muscle tension and pain. 

Sacred Earth CBD Warming Lotion: $20

This warming lotion is excellent for targeting areas of tension or discomfort and contains 125 mg per oz. of pure CBD Isolate (THC-free), as well as organic cinnamon oil and organic menthol crystals. **Add-on price includes a complimentary tube of CBD Infused Arnica Muscle Salve (0.6 oz) for continued pain relief at home.

*Aromatherapy, cupping, and gua sha are complimentary add-ons to any massage.
