I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques and believe that massage plays an important role in long-term physical and mental well-being. I began my massage therapy career at the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodywork in Pottstown, PA -- the best school! Attending AMTB was a transformative experience. I started school stressed, depressed, and burned out from my previous career. I emerged from school with an entirely new skill set, and a wonderful new mindset. My hope is that I can use my new (and ever evolving) skills to help others hit the 'reset' button on stress, pain, and chronic injuries.

I grew up near Pittsburgh and spent summers in Denver after my family moved there when I started college. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2011 (sorry to all Penn State fans!), and my husband and I relocated to the Lehigh Valley in 2014.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters, as well as our dog (Jack), and rabbit (Toby).
