We accept most credit/debit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks (payable to 'R & R Wellness Co'). We also accept Venmo and Zelle. Gift cards can be purchased online with a credit or debit card.

Massage Pricing

30 Minutes	$50	Time to treat one problem area. Good for treating common issues like neck or low back pain.
45 Minutes	$65	Time to treat one or two problem areas thoroughly. Can do a quick full body massage if no problem areas to focus on.
60 Minutes	$85	Typical session length for full-body massage (treating back, legs, feet, arms, hands, neck, scalp, and face). Time for one or two focus areas.
75 Minutes	$95	Great for people who like a full-body session, but need extra time on problem areas.
90 Minutes	$110	Highly recommended for people with several problem areas to allow time for adequate treatment. Also deeply relaxing for clients who need to escape daily stressors. Once you have a 90 minute session it's hard to go back to an hour!

Massage Add-Ons:

*Aromatherapy, cupping, and gua sha are complimentary add-ons to any massage.

Cold Stone Therapy: $12

Cold stones can help to reduce inflammation, constrict blood flow, and reduce soreness. Great for treating headaches due to sinus pressure & reducing pain from injured or overworked muscles.

Reflexology (15 Minutes): $20

Complement your massage with a relaxing reflexology mini-session. Reflexology works with specific zones and points on the feet to support organs and systems of the body. Show your feet some love!

Hot Stone Therapy: $15

Enhance your session with soothing heat. Stones are warmed to the perfect temperature to help melt away muscle tension and pain. 

CBD/CBG Massage Oil + Take Home Product: $20

CBD is a powerhouse ingredient that works to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote relaxation. Your session will feature 'Susan's CBD' products, which contain highly effective amounts of CBD and CBG. To continue your self-care at home choose from a CBD/CBG Essential Oil Roll-On or a Peppermint Bath Fizz with Epsom Salts. **Contains no THC**
