We accept most credit/debit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks (payable to 'R & R Wellness Co'). We also accept Venmo and Zelle. Gift cards can be purchased online with a credit or debit card.

Massage Pricing (new rates below will be effective October 1, 2026)

30 Minutes	$55	Time to treat one problem area. Good for treating common issues like neck or low back pain.
45 Minutes	$75	Time to treat one or two problem areas thoroughly. Can do a quick full body massage if no problem areas to focus on.
60 Minutes	$90	Typical session length for full-body massage (treating back, legs, feet, arms, hands, neck, scalp, and face). Time for one or two focus areas.
75 Minutes	$105	Great for people who like a full-body session, but need extra time on problem areas.
90 Minutes	$120	Highly recommended for people with several problem areas to allow time for adequate treatment. Also deeply relaxing for clients who need to escape daily stressors. Once you have a 90 minute session it's hard to go back to an hour!

Massage Add-Ons:

*Aromatherapy, cupping, and gua sha are complimentary add-ons to any massage.

CBD/CBG Massage Cream: $5

CBD is a powerhouse ingredient that works to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote relaxation. Your session will feature 'Susan's CBD' products, which contain highly effective amounts of CBD and CBG.  **Contains no THC**

Cold Stone Therapy: $12

Cold stones can help to reduce inflammation, constrict blood flow, and reduce soreness. Great for treating headaches due to sinus pressure & reducing pain from injured or overworked muscles.

Bellabaci Repair Ointment: $15

A fast-acting lotion featuring a powerful herbal blend that is designed to reduce inflammation and pain (and smells lovely!) Product will be used during your session and you will receive a 1.7 oz bottle to take home.

Hot Stone Therapy: $15

Enhance your session with soothing heat. Stones are warmed to the perfect temperature to help melt away muscle tension and pain. 

Reflexology (15 Minutes): $20

Complement your massage with a relaxing reflexology mini-session. Reflexology works with specific zones and points on the feet to support organs and systems of the body. Show your feet some love!
